Join us for this 60 minute guided stream-side adventure, where we’ll contextualize some of the skills and methods explored in our class offerings. Embracing a slow and intentional pace, you can expect to work on balance, proprioception, and a wide array of movement patterns and ranges of motion while thoughtfully engaging with our natural surroundings. Always with opportunity to divert and create your own path, we’ll aim to discover simple obstacles and transform them into opportunities to move more dynamically while building confidence within those circumstances.

Post walk, Lindsay will be spending a couple additional hours fly fishing the stream. You’re invited to stick around to observe and/or participate with your own fishing gear.

Notes on Accessibility and Equipment:
Because of varied terrain, participants should be comfortable walking on non-groomed dirt trails. Participants are also encouraged to bring along walking sticks, trekking poles, or wading staffs if they’d like, along with water, and any other supportive hiking gear. There will be opportunity to stand in the steam; water-safe footwear is optional if you choose to wade.
